About Us

The Mission is to promote individuals with the principal methods used to train workers with the essentials of occupational safety and health with OSHA standards and requirements, as they apply to the construction and general industry, and to teach safety awareness which helps in recognizing in reducing the risks of job site hazards.

Work Readiness Development Program will promote and develop confidence which will empower you with the skills to seek, attain, and maintain employment. Often at risk youth seek employment with companies where they are not properly prepared, causing them not to find the job they desire. This sometimes leaves them accepting jobs/employment which they do not like just to make ends meet.Today's youth are not aware that they must be capable of communicating their skills, abilities and interests plus develop a personal appearance to obtain their dream job.
